We Offer 3 Types of Cleanings To Tackle Any Situation
Maintenance Clean
We get it. You’ve got a life to live and spending your Saturday nights mopping your kitchen floor isn’t your idea of a perfect night in. Let us take care of cleaning, you focus on living.
Work done throughout the home
- Dust window sills, ledges, and blinds
- Dust woodwork such as shelves, baseboards, doors, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- Dust picture frames and knickknacks
- Polish furniture with polish and cloth
- We will do minimum pick up and straightening
- Remove cobwebs both high and low
- Clean light switch plates for finger smudges
- Empty trash cans and clean ash trays should you smoke in the home
- Polish all glass doors and sidelights
- Vacuum all carpets and rugs unless they require a shake
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all hard floors accordingly
- Make any unmade beds (if noted we will change the linens)
Bathroom
- Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities
- Disinfect tubs and showers
- Disinfect toilet inside and out
- Polish mirrors and chrome features
- Track lighting will be dusted
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops
- Clean range top
- Disinfect microwave inside and out
- Wash outside of cabinets
- Polish exposed sides of appliances and counter decor
Spring Clean/1st Time Cleanings
Let us take a guess. You spent all winter without scrubbing the shower or dusting the ceiling fan? That’s okay, our Spring Clean service is perfect for sprucing up your place after a bit of neglect.
Work done throughout the home
- Wash inside of reachable windows, sills, and ledges
- Wash glass doors and sidelights inside and out
- Hand wash all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Spot wash walls and or wallpaper
- Wipe light switch plates for finger smudges
- Hand wash woodwork including baseboards, doors, banisters, and exterior of cabinets
- Polish furniture with polish and cloth
- Pictures frames wiped/dusted
- Unmade beds will be made (if noted we will change the linens)
- Cobwebs removed both high and low

- Vacuum and edge all carpets and rugs
- Vacuum sweep and mop all hard floors

Move-In/Move-Out Clean

- Refrigerator cleaned inside and out (freezer included if unplugged and doors left open)
- Clean inside and out of cabinets
Work done throughout the home
- Dishes will not be washed. If there is an empty dishwasher, we will load but must be noted on work order
- We do not pick up waste, blood, or feces (animal or human)
- We are not permitted to open glass doors (ex. china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.)
- For insurance reasons, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder
- Flat screen televisions will NOT be touched
- Garages possibly could be cleaned with special arrangements made beforehand with office
- Computer monitors will NOT be touched
